Chopped the pineapples last night. Four hours on six plants.
Not my best harvest ever but for only using two gallons-and leaving them in veg without potting up, it's not half bad.

I would hit them at two weeks with some veg.. Just after the stretch. Maybe a Lil before too. 3 - 4 weeks is early.
My guess is your don't have enough n or enough of the right kind in your mix/nutrients.
