thanks arsenal, do you (or anyone else out there) have a preferred organic source of K? as you said the wood ash, while a fast acting source can be tricky in that it can raise ph as well. i've heard good things about greensand, anyone have experience?

definitely need some ventilation but the way your leaf tips are curling down is indicative of a a nutrient overdose. sprouts like that should be in mostly inert soil
