When can I start growing outside NC and sc VA area

Does your have,a,weird veg smell to it but when u touch it and smell fingers it has a loud citrus smell to it mine is day 54

Yeah I just didn't know if it was,a normal smell for mine the be smell but when touch it and,smell fingers its a loud smell
