As you're all aware, I've been a tireless advocate for pushing to have dispensaries in Vermont. I've spoken to every Rep here in the state. We will finally have at least 1 dispensary in Vermont by the end of this year...so by the end of 2012, we'll actually have a legal dispensary here!! About...

Well here's the latest news regarding dispensaries in Vermont and when they will open......looks like maybe one may open in July 2012, do not know which town or county will allow a dispensary there but the new laws have been written for them, more money of course is needed in order to "apply" to...

Here in Vermont there are not many doctors who will sign them in order for you to be on the registry. I go to the Center For Pain on Tilley Drive in S. Burlington....a lot of the docs there will sign if they believe it's for your own good. You as the patient need to speak with them and find out...

If you're thinking of getting a card here it's not as easy as it is anywhere else. You have to have been with the same doctor for at least 6 months with the same qualifying condition for that 6 months before a doc can even think about signing the registry sheets for you. Vt only allows 4...

Also check out the americans for safe access website asa.com ...they are really good. so is sevendaysvt.com the local newspaper....they usually have all the latest info on vermont...hope this helps??

Vermont finally passed the bill allowing 4 dispensaries to open/operate here. Unfortunately, it's going to be another year (or two!) before one will actually be opened & ready for business. The dispensaries are to be by appointment only. I know of several people who want to open a dispensary but...
