I don't think I've ever seen a description of when flowering actually begins. I know to expect around nine weeks for my plants to flower, but nine weeks from when? From when I switch my lights to 12 on 12 off or from when I see first signs of flowering? I know how to check trichs to see if my...

    Mutant leaves.

They definitely have a small amount of claw. I haven't had an issue with this fertilizer before. Could it be because I had them in flower (12/12) for a week or so to sex them and then put them back in VEG? I've done this before and it didn't seem to have any effect on the plants, but there's...

    Mutant leaves.

Yes, the crinkley edges, but also the fact that many of the leaves have only three fronds instead of five. I wasn't foliar feeding, but rinsing some diatomaceous earth off of the plants. Capn, I've been thinking it might be Nitro toxicity, but I've never actually seen it first hand, so I...

    Mutant leaves.

A good portion of my leaves are malformed like this one. (It's wet, BTW, I had just done a foliar spray) I haven't seen much evidence of bugs. They're about 75% through VEG.

    Pretty purple terps

Nice! Yeah, that's how the stuff I'm growing is supposed to look. It still smokes great though.

    Pretty purple terps

I've read different opinions on what temperature is best. Right now I'm about 75 daytime and 55 night. I've also heard of people watering with cold water the last few days also.

    Pretty purple terps

I'm growing a strain that is known for purple terps (Barney's Farms Ayhuasca Purple) and have only gotten great quality green buds so far. What do you recommend doing to get the color to turn purple?

HOW TO KILL SPIDER MITES 100%: " Naturally - no chemicals"

They laugh at Neem. I have sprayed them directly and they keep on trucking. I've actually watched them walk through droplets. Spinosad doesn't seem to work either. I'm about to try Nuke Em from Flying Skull. It's the only thing I've read about so far that seems to be successful with them.

HOW TO KILL SPIDER MITES 100%: " Naturally - no chemicals"

Does this work with broad mites?

    Nitrogen Abundance?

Thanks, I'm going to reduce nutrients for a while and also let my plants dry out in case they are over watered. Would you recommend using something like Super Thrive or Boomerang to speed up recovery?

    Nitrogen Abundance?

I don't have anything to check ppms at the moment. I'm running 1000w hps on a light mover with dual 4' tubes mounted vertically in the corners at 45° in an 8'×8' space. I have tons of air movement and my AC keeps the room between 70° and 87°f. The humidity is pretty low here, so I was probably...

    Nitrogen Abundance?

They are in 6 gallon bags. If I drenched them every time I watered, I probably could have gotten away with watering every 2-3 days, but I like checking on them every day, so I'd give them a light watering once a day, usually with a weak fert mix. Water pH is generally around 6.5 when I water...

    Nitrogen Abundance?

I'm pretty sure the daily watering was fine when the lights were on 20 hours a day and it was super hot every day. The moisture gauge was reading DRY and the plants would often be a little droopy when I watered, and would perk back up soon afterward. Unfortunately, I had gotten into the habit...

    Nitrogen Abundance?

I watering relatively lightly daily. My plants are in 6 gallon bags and I would rarely water until water dripped out of the bag. Also, the temperature has dropped significantly in the last week, which I'm sure contributed to the recent symptoms of over watering.

    Nitrogen Abundance?

That's very possible. I had cut the lighting from 18 to 12 hours over the previous week, without really adjusting how much water I was giving them. I've switched to watering every other day for now and giving them just water with rooting supplement (first) and a light dose of molasses (last...
