Hi Everyone, I have two plants where the leaves are turning brown, starting at the bottom of the plant and working up to the top which is still green. any ideas, help? thx!

4 of my plants in veg have started getting holes in the leaves. The plants are otherwise hardy and looking healthy. I've examined the plants closely and can see no bugs. Can anyone help?
