    I can buy from an individual LEGALLY with my old card and my certified renewal papers. I just can't use a dispensary. I'm NOT a "pothead". I use it for pain and to help me sleep. After 6 years on prescription narcotics with no end in sight, my real doctor, not one of those mmj hacks...
