Michael, is correct. You need a lot more light. 5 CFLs is no where near enough. You should have no less than 5000 lumens per/SF. You can get 65 watt CFLs(3900 lumens each) at Lowe's for 16 bucks. Use 5 of those + the 5 you already have. Then you are getting in the range you need to be. Then see...
