It was cool. Lots of people as usual. I did pretty well in solo's which is always good.

i have 2 x A.I mums in hempy's and 3 x clones not long gone into DWC under a 600w
hps although 2 x have bin stunted abit during veg (slow to get going) becouse of high res temps. but looking ok now.

be nice to compare growth and yeild notes to see how i do. not all strains perform there best with dwc but when they do OH-YE.

yup i tried searching and most ppl are saying that it's not great. so i'm trying to figure out how i can "make it great".thanks for the help. please let me know if you hear of anything that could be useful. would be much appreciated.

If it were an option, I definitely would get an HID as that seems like the easiest and most common way (i.e. tested and works). But the heat/power would be way too much. I've heard it can be expensive but I do have some money to spend if it's a half decent setup, so I was just hoping that someone out there had some success with using LEDs. Have you heard of anyone or seen any threads where someone even did well? I'd even consider making my own LED light array(I'm pretty handy with electronics) if I had any idea of where to start....

Hi anhedonia, I came upon your post from some thread about a year ago where someone tried to grow with LED light panels. You seem to have a ton of experience, so I was wondering if you could give me some advice about it?

I am new at growing and I have a small closet space to grow in. I want to use LED light panels to grow but it seems like everyone (including yourself) is using other types of lights. Do you think it's a good idea to try LEDs? They seem pretty cool temperature wise, use much less power in comparison, and seem much sturdier than the giant bulbs that I've seen.
