im not sure about your switching from aero to soil question but it looks like your lights are too far away and causing a lot of stretching. i would def move the lights closer

Ok I just filled up some tap water and I'm going to let it sit out for around 2-3 days before I have to water them again. How much epsom salt should I add per gal and also what kind of molasses at the store should I get and how much should I mix per gal. Thanks so much for the help
