    That tag is most likely the rating of the wire inside the cord, not the modem. There would be a sticker on the modem itself that says the power usage. I guarantee that it is not a 10 amp draw

    Dont use chicken wire for the screen. It will be a PITA come harvest. I would suggest using a string, that way you can cut it at harvest and pull through the buds that grow around it and not ruin them.

    If you look up info on portable A/C's, they have a piece that fits into the window, and the window shuts on it, the same as that fan. Then it would just look like you had a portable A/C.     Put some diatomaceous earth on top of the soil. It is basically just crushed glass (silica), and cuts up anything with an eco-skeleton such as the larvae they lay into the soil. Once they are cut up, they die before they can reproduce.
