I'm not sure. I started with a pack of Chimera ultimix in 2008. Found a nice male and crossed it with a nice looking female. I wish I knew what it is. I am never going to buy mix packs again, I find it frustrating not knowing.

I don't think it's heat stress. They are about 6 inches from a cool tube. temps get to around 79-80. thanks for the comments...looking forward to smoking/eating these!

Update: Day 49 Looking good. Red hairs but new white hairs appearing. Looking like trics are mostly cloudy. Might leave it another week or chop some this week...we will see. Some parts are finishing faster than others.
