iv heard that one 1000w would yield more in a 5x5 then two 600w, however you would have more resin with a MH+HPS so it would be a personal preference, and instead of two 1000ws in a 5x5 have two 5x5 areas with one 1000w in each

you need a vented hood mate, that will drastically drop your temps, out!
