Hello, I was wonder what the easiest and best methods of hydronics there is for a stealth cabinet. Thanks in advance.

I was thinking either a 250 watt hps or 400 watt and the 400 isnt that much more $, but the heat given off by a 400 might be to much. With a well cirulated cab and cool tube how close could i put the light to the plants?
