medicating for headaches

i smoke indica or indica leaning hybrids for headaches, sativas just make it alot worse for me

I have a glass of water and take it like a man. After all, we are talking normal headaches, and not anything like a migraine etc, hardly something that really needs any form of medication.

I agree with lex sative makes them worse while I get relief from indica dominent strains......I like the Ultimate from Dutch Passion realy make's me forget why? and I useually put the joint down after a couple of hit's and then find it later sitting somewhere off the wall! Ha Ha...or Barney's Farm LSD both will aliviate the head ache's!!!! Wishing you the best! jack

I am in shit physical condition. A headache to me though is a headache. I'm certainly not old so naturally cannot comment on what they may be like later on in life, but i've never in my life found anything that i feel i need to medicate to aleviate and i've gone thorugh hell and abck when it comes to health problems and pain. It's just pain, and a headache, is an ache. I will freely admit i'm rather querky I do not see doctors for anything, i figured fuck hospitals when i broke my wrist and went fishing instead, i havn't taken any form of pain medication or whatnot since before i recall other than when trying to top myself. Little bit of pain never hurt anyone

Maybe i'm just stubbonrly proud, i often consider people taking this that and the other to be a bunhc of pussies, i just live through it and as such just grow to live with it without too much discomfort

My question is always if you are getting enough frequent headaches to even warrant the question, what else is going on?

Other medications, poor diet, vitamin D deficient, magnesium imbalanced, and all that can lead to enough headaches. And the most common is that constant dehydration syndrome so many people suffer from. Wake, drink coffee, snack on soda, soda with lunch, ... never any water in the mix per se. Constant stream of diuretics. Blah, just harping a pet peeve from helping people who have serious medical issues but refuse to eat right ...


Otherwise, something from Indica leaning genetics. Catch22 is the knockout potential. But hey, at least you dont have a pesky headache thanks to some capillary dilation action and the mild anesthetic.

Cannabis for headaches is hit and miss for me...sometimes 1 dab will make the pain melt away and sometimes it doesn't do anything for my headache. It's probably strain related.

As long as I stay hydrated I rarely get headaches. H20 ftw
