heres the deal my bro has his medical card and has this address on it but lives elsewhere like 20 mins away but this is his address on his driving license and med card do i need a letter from him or his doc. to grow for him? if the law comes are we still with in the law? please let me know. thanks all

My sister lives in CA her husband has the mm card and she has a care giver card lets her grow it for him and pick up/or take him to store place he gets it....hope that helps..

that does help i guess i need a care givers card or mabe this address on his card will work i hope. also i crushed my lower back about 2 mos ago i just may get a card (i dont smoke but might start) to grow. thanks jeff

I don't know all the laws and whatnot, but I do believe it would be in your best interest to find out about the care giver card. I mean if you get raided for any reason and your brother is not around they could take you in, regardless. Not exactly sure how that would all play out, but definatly be careful. Don't ever rely on what might be get the facts.

Ask FDD he knows all the Cali laws pertaining to this subject

i'm not a lawyer but, if the address you are growing at is on all his ID and something happens why can't you just say he lives there? it is best to cover your ass though. ni'd get my own card if i was growing.

yea just because ur brother has it dosnt mean ur ok to grow it... like FDD said just say he lives there, ppl have meds cards but it is still illegal under federal law
