I have a question concerning this too, but on a slight twist- I have considered moving to Colorado also, but how long would I need to be a resident in Colorado before I could apply for a Medical marijuana recommendation? would it be just as soon as I found a place to live and got my Colorado drivers license showing my Colorado residence?

yup, just get yer lic.. etc... and go from there, get the recom, fill out the registry papers, send em in with the i think $90 fee, and as long as ur doc is cool, u got ur card. Livin in Colorado is as good as Cali with the pot. A dispencery got raided in Ft.Collins a while ago, they had all their licenses and all legit, named as caretakers for hundreds of patients, the county judge over turned the charges and now the police aare paying back the growers for the loss of income due to their crop going bad!!! shit not even cali is that cool!!!

The Masters will have to file in a civil court now to determine what they should get.

SORRY, but THAT is TOTALLY FALSE!! Guess when you are in the court room, you realize that (1) Masters are likely NOT to EVER collect dime one, because, (2) THEY weren't LEGAL with the STATE at the TIME of the INCIDENT, so ERGO, NOT ELIGIBLE to COLLECT, oops...........&(3)they weren't caregivers for more than a handful of legal patients, NONE OF WHOM had them registered with the state, according to testimony from Medical marijuana Registry Officials.

AND, the Aurora, Kevin Decker case, HAS been filed in civil court and he is requesting compensation for 74 plants, however, it was filed in the 11th hour, and it will be interesting to see exactly how this litigation progresses.

I am NOT a LAWYER and I am NOT a DOCTOR, and HERBIE SURE AS HELL doesn't KNOW what is going on.

the THCF has a clinic in Wheatridge, I have gone there twice and seen a different doctor each time. Don't worry about finding a specific doctor--they have them. They are non-profit and very friendly.
