Does your name go on a list etc.. do they come to your house to check to see if you are staying within your county guidelines?

I want to stay within the legal limit. my county allows 6 mature and 12 immature plants. is a mature plant defined by the law as a plant in flower?, what if you have 2 different strains one says harvest in sept/oct, the other november. are the ones ready in sept/oct considered mature? so therefore the ones to harvest in nov are considered immature? or are they all gonna be considered mature in a few months?

They dont come to check on you. When the plants start budding they are considered mature. Stay within the legal limit and youll be fine. 6 mature plants is your limit.

yep i'm in cali with the card- just don't grow more than 6, you can probably start out with a bunch and then keep the healthiest/biggest 6. There's no list it's just a medical recommendation, and they most def. won't come to your house to check if you're being a good boy and staying within the limit, but it's probably just smart to stay in the legal limit for the cop/ticket/jail side of it.

So how safe is it to grow say whatever you end up with out of 12 plants growing from seed. I was planning on executing as many as needed to get down to my 6. Still have a month and a half or so before D Day.

Oh god. So does that mean the County rules that give an extra allowed amount of plants are no longer valid, and now 6 is the law thru and thru the state.??

I guess there is a sacrifice for being legal. Ive been self medicating for the last couple years,
(i was in a head on collision 2 years ago and have back and neck problems) the medication i was taking eased the pain but i couldnt concentrate at work, so a friend turned me on to marijuana and its been absolutely a godsend.

I was debating weather to get the card beacuse i wasnt sure about the laws and didnt want to call attention to myself.. i was planning on just growing about 10 plants discretly in and around my acerage. I started with 15 and now am down to 10 great looking females. I finally made the appt and received my card..i guess in order to stay within my laws i will have to axe 4 of them ..its gonna be hard.

a limit cannot be set until it is voted on. i think prop 215 allows for "personal use". whatever that is. it goes back to whatever prop 215 actually says as far as limits. sb420 is unconstitutional. limits cannot be set without voter approval. it could go either way at this point.
