medical marijuana dispenseries in my area recieve their medication from outside growers. the growers are medical patients as well. dispenseries will review any and all meds before accepting anything from a grower. if it is of high quality then they will accept it and disperse it to patients. if it's poor quality the grower leaves with it. medical marijuana is a STAMP OF APPROVAL somewhat like grade AA eggs my dispensery would laugh me out the door if i tried to donate weak ass pot. their strain list changes daily. ask me if there is a strain i HAVEN'T seen.
