A friend of a friend has contacted about med marijuana.he has a back problem so bad that he can bearly stand upright. he says they weregiving him morphine and he just diddnt want to feel like a zombie all day every day. they gave him vicodin,he had a small pail of them but says he doesnt like the feeling of them. he did say that marijuana eases the pain and mostly makes the pain dull and still able to function on a daily basis.
I want to help this guy. i have dedicated a few of my plants to his well being but would like more info on how i can get him a med card.
a few questions

Does he need a recommendation from a doctor before getting paperwork?

where can i get this paperwork?

what duties will i have other than providing the meds for him as a caregiver.

unfortunately he is very poor and probably cant afford any meds but this is why i have been giving him what he needs free of charge(he doesn't need much at all 1-2 joints /day
any help or direction on this would be great.

Depends on the state a lot. In my state a caregiver has no set term of things they have to do other than they are alowed to grow a certain amount for that patient. You mentioned that he is indegent check with the co-ops and dispesarie in your state a lot of them here have programs to help folks like that
