When you get a job as a medical user, is it difficult? Do you have to tell the employer? I understand you can still get fired for failing a piss test if they require it. But I am talking about the initial, can they see your name on a list? Thanks!!

answer is no they would have no way of knowing, medical records are confidential information and it would be illegal for them to give that info out... and no there no list

A backround check will NOT result in your medical 215 card coming up... trust me, but the California Legal system is not adapt to "medical marijuanna". Meaning that if you have the legal card and Fail your initial piss test they DO NOT have to hire you... Sucks, huh. They are fighting this in congress, but they are "excusing" all the cases and lawsuits, so help out as much as you can and vote for the right people. Hope this helps, Oh get some "synthetic urine and hand warmers" and pass that test!!!
