Nope its not legal but it is decriminalized sort of. I feel your pain though. Go to norml.org and they will give you all the legality to sticky in the buckeye state

What about Neveda anyone know how hard it is to get a card for Neveda, I am moving out to northern neveda in like 16-24 months and have a house being built on 5 acres and I have an extra bedroom being built, but I wanted to see about getting a card, how hard are they to get, so I got a excuse for johnny law..

lol I bought the land out there already it is so cheap I got it 3 hours north of vegas bought 5 acres for 2k an acre.. Very cheap land now I gota find a doctor out there who will help me go about getting a card... I think I have chronic pain in my back all of a sudden

You how you might be able to find somebody to help you out. Post a tread in the general grow section. I am sure somebody is from NV and knows who you can talk to. If all else fails you could find somebody in Las Vegas. Its a drive but would be worth it. Good luck

Ya it helped me. Now I know how to not become a felon I am glad I do not live in a southren state. Those poor people can not catch a break. I live in a swing state and you can tell the laws swing both ways too. I should just move to California. Its just so expencive to move there.

I did find somebody to help me out but not a solid hook up. I am dry now I have a while until harvest I am just hoping its not too shaky. I look at it just like the first time I cooked something. It did not look good it tasted worse but it was eatable.
