i would definetly agree with physical activity for stress and anxiety works better than drugs thats a simple fact. the body and mind respond positively immediately we are desinged for hard efforts in daily life. the human body is not desinged to be sedentary and being so causes humans many mental and physical problems. the problem for most is getting started. once you do its easy besides a good bongload is so much sweeter after some hard physical exertion. im a cyclist and race so i must ride 250 to 300 miles a week about 30 to 50 miles a day generally. if i cant get my training in i feel mentally and physicaly like crap and anxiety increases. also a well balanced diet and a high quality multi-v/fish oils(omega-3)/amino acids and various other supps are usefull for increasing general health and well being. they also help by fixing nutritional deficiencies. people with anxiety depression and other issues are ussually hormonally imbalanced high levels of stress hormones(cortisol)etc.. good diet and excersise will absolutely help

Hi.Mate i have lot stomach pains and i try many kinds.Try from sensi skunk or hash plant.But #1 pain killer is afghan kush 100% good doctor,I am smoking now 8 weeks Afghan kush and i cant say word.Morning i wake up very happy,No more dysemesia nothing no heartburn.Just go with Afghan kush.its work like hell.good luck my friend.
