i was prescribed my cannabis card for anxiety i have learned that strong indicas are best oddly enough 1or2 bong hits hits may make me nervous sometimes but 3or4 never does go figure. i must say i am very very happy not to have to use any xanax or other pills which i was addicted to. when you come down from them it is terrible yet cannabis has none of these negatives yet it is stigmatized must be a money issue who are the real drugdealers (pharmacutical companies) 'shareholders' disgusting hope you find a strain that works for you and yes it helps for me

if you want to medicate all dayi would sugest an indica dominate cross. super silver haze and skunk strains are lower on the thc scale allthough the silver haze can be quite potent the mix creates a very functional anti anxiety high . be careful not to over medicate to keep anxiety to a minimum.

I have found that any good strong Indica works well for me......no specific strain is necessary. That's for me, though...obviously everyone is different.

I have my card for anxiety attacks and I agree 100% with trainwreck. Keeps me cool and I was taking 2 mils a day of xanax and was on an anti depresant called Lexapro. Just got me a little glass hitter, couple hits and I am fine.

i like any kind of sative for stomach pains. i've always had a variety of health problems and stomach cramps was the most painful. a friend of mine knew about the problems i was having and he knew i had smoked in the past but had quit for a while, anyway he was firing one up and i was hurting so i told him to pass it and wow my cramps were gone in like the 5 minutes it took to creep up on me. needless to say i know how to self medicate indica is great but i get sleepy after i start coming down.
