Qustion on new grow prospect

My ex-roommate, we'll call him bob, has a 215 card and has one small grow room in his house. He has told me that I would be able to construct a grow room in my house, using his 215 card, and be totally legal under the nice eyes of the law. Now Bob can be kinda squeally sometimes, so as he told me this my eyebrows raised immediately. Can this be true? Can I grow pot in my closet, for him, and not get in trouble should the fuzz pay me a visit.

By the way, awesome site with lots of info. Spent about two hours last nigth just searching through and learning.

I know that if you lived in Oregon, he would have to have you listed as his Caregiver in order for you to be legal.

if you care for someone you are their caregiver. caregivers are allowed to grow and supply patients but CAN NOT smoke. in order to be a caregiver you must care for someone. this inludes housing, food, clothing....... if your bedridden grandmother had a 215 card and you took care of her you could be considered her caregiver. if a patient grows for themselves they don't need a caregiver. if your buddy got a card you aren't his caregiver. good luck

That's not entirely true. As far as I know, your caregiver can be anyone that you think grows the best MJ. I think the requirement has to be that you are unable to for some reason. That reason could be as small "I suck at growing."

what Bob told me. Problem is this rules differ with each county, so it's kinda hard to look this up. Anyone who has successfully researched this please let me know, I really don't want to get into a situation like this and find it to be a felony.
