well that's not to bad. just addictive. not really harmful though. i'll just fall over and not get up. then maybe i can get some sleep.

dude i use to take these sleepers and i can tell you I found it very difficult to come off them.

went to fill the lunesta yestarday. not covered on my insurance. $144.56. no thank you. i didn't fill it. the funny thing is my dr. just kinda shrugs me off when i tell him i can't sleep. ah, get some exercise, eat healthy, go for a walk. whatever dude. i'm totally at peace these days. i exercise. i'm healthy. there is more to this. spine injury maybe. pinched nerve? nope just take this pill. i want to know why i have to.

Sleep aid medications are no different than narcotic medications in my opinion. Users become extremely dependent on the medication to fall asleep after even a brief time of use. I say, go the natural way, stay with Mary J.

of course people depend on it. they couldnt sleep so they got medicine. with the medicine, they sleep--so they keep eating the meds to sleep..

Dont trust a doctor who you dont think believes the validity of your affliction bro. If he wont help you the doctor in the next office will gladly take the $100 per visit from you. Thank god weed is enough to cure insomnia for me. Ambien dopes you up and it gets addictive, Lunesta is the same deal only non narcotic.

These sleep aids are addictive. Plus strange side effects (read the bottle). Now time to medicate and go to sleep naturally.

I was unaware insomnia was one of the ailments covered. Its 5:20AM and I do this almost every night.
