Question San Diego Clubs

I know all the clubs in San Diego were ordered to close by the DA. But I know that there are still clubs but they don't advratise. The only club I know of is Answerdam in kerny mesa. does anyone know of any other "underground" clubs in the San Diego area?

does anybody know if the laws for san diego imply san diego city or san diego county? also im curiuos about the club situation here

The laws apply to the city of san diego only. cause I used to live in san marcos which is in north county and we had to deal with the sheriff there. And the laws that the seriff go by are way more strick on marijuana violations than the ones used by the police in the city. From what I have heard the city DA will not prosicute under 100 plants (but keep in mind that they will still take all your plants and equiptment, I had a friend that got busted in north county and they considered his home to be part of his "equiptment").

Actually, the DA who said he wouldn't prosecute less than 100 plants is the DA for the entire county. But he's done it anyway. And the sheriffs are more likely to harass you.

The City has an ordinance that sets some limits, and the county doesn't.

i wish san diego would expand that to all of san diego county but i know that'll probably never happen, so mcsmokin ya think the furthest north one is kerny mesa or is there one further up, sorry for all the questions im just trying to find the closest one to my house, thanks brothas
