in the right hand corner there is a box you can put your state in and get info about your state laws and if your state has medical marijuana it will say there.

Alaska, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Maine, Montana, Neveda, New Mexico, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont and Washington as of June Of 2007. Michigan will have it on the ballot in 2008. Seems like there was another addition recently in one of the new england states. Mass has a ballot initiative to 'legalize', I have seen objections to the way its written. This information would be available at several website. MPP, MAP, Norml, etc. VV

i looked on the site you gave me but didnt find anything about my state. I would just like to see if atleast its in the process of being on the ballot of what?

I guess theres atleast a bill is currently pending to create a registry of medical marijuana users, who will be exempt from criminal prosecution for drug possession. thats good atleast.

It has been debated, the Conservatives said they would support a bill, then made it impossible. Your state laws are supposed to be lienient on MJ possesion. VV

yes they are pretty lienient but if you get caught with even a small bag your still going to jail untill you go to court. The law here is suppose to be anything under 100grams is only 100$ fine but they dont stand behind that. If you get caught with an ounce your definetly doing 6months in jail this is why i want to so badly be able to grow legally, or even just smoke legally.
