How exactly would I go about obtaining the MMIC card? I do have a Medicann card at the moment and was curious if the Medicann physician would also be willing to sign MMIC forms. I just want to cover all basis of legality aspects, and have heard the MMIC card is the best route.

you have to call up your county and get it from one of there offices... its 100 a year i think or 80 with medical.. shouldnt be to hard to find online.... what county you live in

I live in Monterey County. I do know it comes through the Health Department, however I'm asking more specifically who can I get to sign the paperwork stating that I am a qualified patient for marijuana.

I have gotten the MMIC forms e-mailed to me, so I'm just wondering who can I get to sign them?

from what i got out of reading a little is that you dont need your doctor to sign it.... here is the form i found and it doesnt ask for the signature

it says its optional but i believe it would help.. .and i think that the medicann would fill it out...

section 4 of the first form you posted is asking for a physician sig. but ya so i guess i should call the medicann office and see what they say.

Oops misread it says caregiver, my bad.

yeah i thought the same when i first read it to but i realized its not... so ur good just give ur dr's info to them and thats it....
