I am pretty sure all you need is a drivers license or ID.

I called up coloradomedicalmarijuana.com and they said that to become a Card Holder, or to be come a care giver (grower and supplier to patients) all you need is a state Drivers license.
So as fast as you can get a state license is how fast you can get a card or start growing for card holders. |
