So whats the deal with 21+ ive been hearing about?

im under 21, over 18 medical marijuana patient in San Diego.

Is it true that collectives are going to start being 21+ only?

Im not really sure how to phrase the question, but im meaning, since the raids that have been going on recently, what has changed in the law concerning patients who are under 21?

i know Unified Collective off of Via Rancho Pkwy in S.D. has stopped letting ppl under 21 in. and has created a $25 member fee which is supposed to go toward their "defense".

first of all they are a business, i am a customer. why am i going to pay their attorney fees? thats the whole risk of opening this type of business!

my focus is on those patients who arent 21 yet, and have cards. are they going to be soon no longer valid? or are only some clubs going to adopt this 21+ policy? what the deal?

i believe i will still have my right to cultivate 6 plants no matter what.

if ur sd city limits u can have 24 plants, but if ur in san diego county its the regular 12/6.but i'm in north county so i just go to la for my meds. and i do believe the 21+ aplied for all sd disp. or at least i havent heard of one that isnt

im still going to my normal dispensaries tho, even tho im not 21

yea i never understood exactly why they did this, i thought they got bust for selling to non-patients and making too much profit, where age comes in i dont know, oh by the way hot wheelz, do u have any dank strains right now?

Ye im posted in north county too and am under 21. before the raids i noticed some of the clinics in SD advertised as 21+ but never knew y? I just went back to Green Kross yesterday and didnt hear anything about being 21. I had to re-sign up and become a member with them again since the reopened. I was hoping for a first time patient treat again
