Default Strain for IBS?

So I have IBS (Irritable Bowl Syndrome) and I was wondering if anybody out there has a strain that they recommend for me. Any kind of bud helps but I want to grow a strain that is specific to my health needs. Anybody?

You just need it for pain caused by IBS, correct?

Yes the pain and the symptoms themselves (diarhea, constipation)

Well, you'll want an indica (Idk about weed affecting the other symptoms). I've read Aurora Indica is a strong indica and someone in a post said Blueberry was a good indica. I can't say for sure about the Blueberry though.

I have actually grown Mr. Nice X Blueberry and I loved it just cause it was GREAT bud, but at the time my IBS was at its worse (I didn't know what was wrong with me and I didn't make the dietary adjustments that I needed) so I will have to try the Blueberry again, as for the Aurora I've never heard of it. Do you know what company sells it?

I have IBS to. I havent found any strain to cure it bro. Only thing i found that works is ridding your life of stress's (ones you might not even know)
Me and my girlfriend broke up alittle while ago. Surley enough within 2 weeks, symptoms were for the most part gone.

Thanks Johnny, its awful that you have IBS but good to know theres another stoner out there like me haha. (im a girl by the way lol, just so ya know!)

Good advice. I will try to keep the stress to a minimum. I actually find that I feel better in the summer than in the winter when I take a lot of classes and tend to be pretty strung out, so it makes sense.

I know your pain too buddy.
