If I join a club and they have the right to grow pot for me, do I give up the right to a personal garden?

i dont live anwhere mmj exists but ive been researching it, and i think you give them the 6 plants your allowed to grow

It would seem that way, yet they sell growlights and clones at our coop. Seems like double dipping.

maybe you could give the club the right to grow half your plants, and grow the other half your self....

talk to them about it cuz i dont know really, im just speculating

I'm not sure I really want to know. Sometimes ignorance is the best defense.
As far as I see if I don't get a card as suggested, I'm not agreeing to the terms limiting me to six plants.

If you give them the right to grow your herb you lose that right, Period. If you do that and you decide you want to “grow your own” you’ll have to send in a form removing them as your caregiver. You can then grow your own again.

That is the way I interpret it. I would think they couldn't sell clones then.

In Colorado the law uses the word "collectively". A patient and their caregiver can "COLLECTIVELY" have 6 plants in their possession. That's not a direct quote but close. When you designate a cg you can split the plants with them how you want.
Don't know if your in Colorado though.
