If a dispensary in CA has x amount of patients, are they allowed to grow 6 plants for each patient they have? So If they have 100 patients can they have 600 mature plants? I ask this because this is what my boss is doing and I really don't want to work there if he is doing this, I believe it draws to much attention.

The way I understand this gray area is when you join a club, you give them the right to grow for you. They become your caretakers.Theoretically you could grow however many you wanted with proper documentation. Six hundred plants will draw attention. I hear the magic number is 99. They'll look for any slip in the books. I think it's a good challenge for the right people. I'm not ready to try it. Old school paranoia. I hope you stick with it. Push the envelope. I also hope you are well compensated for it. You should reap in the rewards.
