Default Good Strain to Help With Anxiety?

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone out there has a recommendation as to which strain is best to lessen the symptoms of anxiety.

I would much rather start smoking a little marijuana instead of going back on benzos and SSRI's.

Another question I guess I have is what strains produce which kind of high? In the past I had a Northern Lights bud, but wasent too find of the high. I'm looking more for a mellow high, much like a Hash high from my time in Morocco. If that makes an sense?

any suggestions or pointers to any other threadswhich might help would be greatly appreciated.
