Default meical mj patient that needs some advice please.
What should one do when they fell a slight tolerance arising from smoking medical mj frequently for anxiety. Cant go a whole week detox because of maor anxiety disorder comes back and don't want to take valium or anything like that in order to take a break from smoking. Would a whole body detox cleanse supplement work to get the thc out of fat in body?? Any advice?

I would say that would only clean your urine for a couple of hours so you could pass a urine test. If you are a regular smoker, it can take up to a month to completely get rid of the thc in your body fat.

I have severe anxiety attacks from PTSD since I returned from Iraq.

The fucking veterans affairs had me poppin 3 or more 2mg clonazepam/klonopin a day.

I started using kava kava...not the garbage from hawaii...the good stuff from vanatu n fiji. Google 94% Kavalactone paste...just dissolve in apple juice with some lecithin granules. Makes your mouth feel like you just gargled with cocaine and has a very nice Benzodiazepine effect.

Kava Kava has a reverse tolerance so there's a plus...and smoking after drinking some kava is very nice

Exercise!!!

Go and totally exhaust your self, stay hydrated, then sleep. When you wake up, you will be super clean. Do not smoke during or after the workout. Do not smoke before you goto sleep. Make sure you get plenty of water and a huge 60-80 gram dose of protein will really help as well.

Also if you have a pool at our disposal (or ocean), swim (or better yet surf). If you can get some sun in as well it really seems to help. Also if you have a sauna at your gym, after your work out, chug tons of water while you bake in the sauna. The fluid exchange from exercise really cleans you out and the sauna really aids in tht proces if done after working out when muscles are sore..

Not only that but as you know one of the best things to combat anxiety is exercise. Just don't do it when you feel an attack coming on, lol...

Hey guys thanks for the reply. I will definitely do those. I will try doing some cardio, or biking or something. So the sauna really helps too huh? I will get gym pass and try it out. And for scuba does the kavalactones knock u out? can that be taken during the day?

Take a smaller dose each time you medicate. I sometimes build a tollarnce if I chief out every day. Cut back a little thru the week and chief on the weekends. You will see a differance.
