I do not live in San Jose now, but I am thinking of moving there. Does anyone know what the legal limit for cultivation is there? I've looked online and all I can find is "no established limits." That can either mean grow as much as you want, or that it's simply the state default.
Oh well I guess I can call the DA's office and ask... |
