Question Mmj?
Hi, I have a couple of questions that i need answered and if you can help, that would be great. I have been in a motorcycle accident about a month ago, May 11th, 2009. Had road rash on my right leg, both arms, and all over my back. I also broke my left pinky finger and my right pinky toe. And a badly bruised right knee. Also, servery sprained my right ankle. Not bad for lowslidding at 70mph, no major bones breaking so i consider my self EXTREMELY luck, plus i didn't end up in a body bag. Well, I went to the hospital and was treated for my road rash and realeased 2 days later. Wen back 2days later to get my wounds cleaned and bandaged replaced and was re-admitted to the road rash into the burn unit. Was released 5 days later with a good-bill-of-health and went home. Went back for a check up 5 days later and they discovered i had a severly infected right foot. If I did not come back as I did, they said i would have had lost my foot due to he advanced infection in it and i was re-admitted to the hospital. A week later and still in the burn center, they decided to do surgery on my foot. They took a skin graph from my left thigh and adheared it to my foot. I should have lost about 1/4 to 1/5 of the right side of my foot, but the doctors did a fantastic job and i bearly lost any volume to my foot. Its about 1/8th of an inch deep, and about the size of a dollar bill. As of almost 2 weeks after my sugery i still have a very hard time walking due to the pain in my right foot, 1 being from my sprained ankle and the other the skin graph. Even with hydromorphone(daludid) and percs, it is very hard to walk on. And I really dont like to take them. And as of most of you know, marijuana helps with pain. And it help the pain in my foot so much, just last night i went out for the first time in about a month and just marjuana alone, no pain meds, i was able to enjoy my night and have fun with my friends in a long long time. So my question is, are my injuries significant enough to get a MMJ card? I dont want to sound like some guy trying to score legal weed, its just that i helps so much with the pain in my foot. Do you think I would be able to buy/grow legally with these injuries?

Thanks,
Dan
