I work at a clinic in Los Angeles. I've been reading about that oaksterdam university in all the publications we pass out. The glass blowing and the legal end interests me. The horticulture studies are probably pretty basic and cant compare to what's available on this site. Though if you're looking to work at a clinic, im sure they'd accept someone certified for the field as appose to your everyday stoner looking for a summer job.
I got a job where I work because of my neighbor and all the knowledge this site has given me. There were no credentials required but it's a family owned business so word of mouth and rapport goes a lot further than a certificate. Move to california regardless of going to Oaksterdam. First of all the weather speaks for itself. Second, theres a lot of dispenseries to choose from and it wouldn't take you long to find a great place to work if you're buying your medication there anyway.
