But in my lifetime I've seen marijuana grow in use, and see it grow in my eyes and others as an natural thing. I used to live in Stockton which has a huge illicit cannabis market. And I'm making this post to ask what is required for me to grow cannabis for patients who really need it. Cultivation fascinates me, and I think I have the imagination and the brains to take it to the next level.

So do I have to be a patient to cultivate and provide clubs with my own cultivation? Or are there exceptions for growers?

No need for the pm.. You do need to be a patients first. Yes you can sell your meds to the shops or other med users. The shop thing is a little dicy but never had a problem. The best way is if your in the health industry, you can get a state caregiver card where you don't really have a limit (99). For the rest of us you sign up your family and friends. Especially if they are living with you. With my wife and I, I can grow 18 mature. Thats 6 for me caus eim a patient, 6 for my wife because she is a patient, and 6 more for my caregiver card. If they don't live with you its only 6 mature.. So you grow 18 plants every 3 months.. Thats 3 pounds every 3 months..
