Hiya chaps,

I Have smoked dope on and off for years.

I have achilles tendonitis (my achiles tendon has big swollen lumps on it and it hurts like hell).

I read recently that smoking pot should help it, so I bought enough dope to last a few days and whilst smoking it I stopped taking my tablets (naproxen, which work but have awfull side effects-ulcers, bleeding stomach)

Well guess what!

My ankles don't hurt anymore, in fact they hurt less than they ever did when taking the pills, I am supposed to take the tablets daily but the side effects scare me so I only take them every other day. The other advantage is that I used to have to take ranatidine tablets all the time to stop my stomach making acid, because the napoxen used to give me nightmare stomach pains.

The only side effect is that Iam always stoned. Ill learn to live with that!

That's awesome! Yeah, I say tell the doctor too. Then ask him for a prescription for the marijuana.

i think you should definately do it. i plan on telling my doc too. when i get one
