Default Long term Cali Visitor, Can I get a card?

Im going to Cali over the summer and i was wondering if I can get a med card to test out the treatment, or if u have to be a resident?
Im guessing I would have to be a resident, but there could be a loophole..

A total different question, if I was a card holder in my home state would that permit me to use in Cali, or get a card easily in Cali? I emailed a doctor a few minutes ago, but was wondering if any of u knew?

im pretty sure that doesnt work at all u need to be a resident... and because i got my mmj rec and my state medical marijuana card...doesnt mean i can go into any other mmj state and be able to use it...so im pretty sure this wont work at all
