i mean, if i get a card i oregon and the limit is like 6 mature and 6 immature, would i really not wanna exceed these limits? can someone give me some info please?

The don't look unless there's a tip off or something. Besides, with grows like this 6 plants doesn't even have to be exceeded to pull what Most would consider to be massive pounds indoors:
HUGE indoor JACK HERER plants...8ft tall with pics

If 14lbs per cycle from 4 plants works for that guy... Think two rooms harvesting a month or so apart.

but for wanting to do massive sogs with small clones packed together, would it be worth it to still try to get a card or should would it be better to remain out of the system completely? i know u CAN get great harvests with six plants but i dont have the patients to grow plants for five months. 12/12 from clone is the shizzle

What do they consider a "mature" plant to be? In flower maybe?

If you are truly a medical patient then why do you need to exceed that amount? Thats ALOT of meds if you know what you are doing. 6 flowering and 6 in veg mode 24/7 365 days a year.

The more we exceed the limits and get caught .... is more reason for the nay sayers to keep limiting and/or get rid of what we fought so hard to get.

I'm not trying to be a prick about it so please dont take offense but its that certain % that ruins a good thing for alternative reasons.

I would think so?.....drying and curing is not a mature plant, its a dead plant.

I know that, I'm trying to figure out where exactly the line is drawn between immature and mature. A plant that has preflowers is mature enough to flower but if it's still in veg, what status would that make it?

Immature is technically anything UNDER a foot tall or a foot wide regardless of veg or flower. But on that point I say fuck that shit. As long as you have 6 plants flowering I don't see how 6 in full size veg is that big of a deal. You would move them into the flower area already big enough to start and flip just as fast and have a much better chance at staying out of prison.

Maybe he mostly wants to harvest hash or make oil, so he needs his own little factory. To exclusively use either could use 4x the heaviest bud smokers amounts of raw product, plus I'm sure you'd want some different varieties so there are legit reasons to push the limits but it is best to be legal as can be and SOG aint it technically. In federal court you aren't even allowed to mount a defense because you cannot say you have a medical license or anything about your health or jack shit. Your hands are tied so stay under federal plant counts.

I hate to tell ya,but there is noway he got 14lbs off those 4 plants.3.5 lbs a plant bullshit.Thats about what i get on a 9 or 10ft plant outdoors.
