hey i live in tucson, az and my grandmother recently developed cancer. its a horrible deal but i was wanting to know if i can grow medical marijuana for her? im not really to sure on marijuana card laws for Arizona/ or even if they have any here. thanks, Nay

no. marijuana is illegal to grow in all 50 states unless you have a license to grow medicaly issued by that state. you must apply for this license. I dont know about arizona but in california where marijuana law is most liberal one can grow for ones grandmother with a license to grow.

it was an easy google....az is not even one of the states with medical marijuan!! so obviously you can not grow it.

If you go to the Norml website, they list out in detail the laws and penalties for every state, and have a page for federal laws.
