Your California card would cover you for possession until you get the details worked out. I would call one of the clinics listed on the 3MA website and ask them what you would need to do to get a Michigan Card. VV

Brad and his crew need to get their shit together if they are to help Michigan at all.

Do a Google search and try and find the one website that was supposed to help California when they passed the MMJ.
They collapsed from all the infighting and lack of commitment from the owners and other "so-called" helpers.

marijuana Ranch, MB Plus, 420plan...they are all are in it for the money and no other reason...look at the lack of corporate records being kept and how they all ask for money with no destination for that money, just saying that its for the cause.

Well, I would like to take issue with one of those, not a very big one though. The 420 idea, protecting patients by banning our meager resources together, and hiring lawyers is the right idea, the execution of the idea has been wrong. I stated from the beginning that I would not support anything that did not have accountability, like the MarijuanaRanches MMFM, money going to one persons paypal account, no idea how much and for what. I objected to the way it was being handled, that will be changing.
I went down to the State Capitol yesterday and payed the bill for the space we had at the Capitol that was supposed to have been paid by the MMMF before the event was to be allowed, I just found out last week that was never paid.

There are three specific things I am working on right now.
One is the www.migrowers.org the Website for Michigan Medical marijuana Growers Association, please stop and read the mission statement there.

Second is the replacement for the 420plan, I don't like the name and will not let mine be associated with any organization that does not believe in transparency, again the idea is sound, we just need to execute a solid plan. Please give us a week to get that together.

Third is the establishment of more compassionate care clubs. We need to be able to have a complete organization there as well.

BlueBerry is working on the www.micaregivers.org website.

None of these groups will make me any money, they will help patients and care gvers get quality medicine for the lowest possible cost. There are many of us that really do care. VV

VV, I respect what you and a few others are trying to do. I think that hidden agendas by frequent submitters to the mma site, have caused damage beyond repair.
I am one, who fled and wanted to be an active advocate for the cause in the worst way. My input was unwanted. I will hate it if , the few lead the sheep to slaughter.
So to speak.
I will try to contribute funds as available to your efforts, as I believe you have a strong chance at making a difference and at least preserving where we are thus far.
People on the site seem too think that STFU is a response to a debated issue. tisk, tisk.

Well stated and they reflect my thoughts as well.

I think the big problem with a lot of people there is plain old closed minded selfishness. Too many of these people have been looked up to for so long by their peers, that their word was "Gospel", but now we have a lot of these types (who are stuck on themselves) in the same room together, and IMO their having a problem with the fact that no one is willing to roll out the red carpet for them. If these types would just keep the attitude of " To Each Their Own" in mind, there would be a lot less in-fighting.

It seems to me that some have formed a clique so to speak, and if you don't fully conform, you find yourself on the bad side of a lynch mob.

FWIW - I totally agree with the 3MA mission & there are a lot of great people there, but if you are thinking of joining, please do your research & get an idea of what you're stepping into. I wont post there anymore, I rarely even lurk there anymore.

We do have some of the same problems as any group, the cream will rise to the top. What has been lacking is any organization. Its that ready, fire, aim syndrome. We were in such a hurry to get something done, even if it wasn't the best outcome, at least it was something. The response we are getting from the folks that really do care has been phenomenal, my Assistant Director received over a hundred e-mails the first day we posted a map.

Rick said the art work on the front cover is going to make this a collectors item, I would think so. 22.000 copies is my goal for this first issue,its only $5.00 and you can get a subscription for $50.00 for the year.

Good things are coming folks, just hang with us, things are going to turn around, we are going to be a force that they will have to reckon with. VV
