Alright, so a friend of mine (not too reliable) had told me of a place in Rockville, MD called SAMHSA who provide "grants" to those in need or something and he said his grandma would buy medical marijuana and vaporize. I visited the site to find that it is located in Rockville, but the site is a bit confusing on what there goals are and am not sure if they actually do provide weed. He had said she would buy Black Widow by the eighth for $50.

Now, if age is the issue (being younger than 21), my mom has agreed to giving me permission in vaporizing.
