Just read the article in the paper about the legalization of Medical Marijuana. My buddy from HydroponicHomes.com told me the bill had already been passed.

Does anyone have any information, or helpful links on this topic? Trying to find out as much as I can about it.. Can't wait to grow it legally for myself.

2nd Attempt at Indoor Growing

Last Friday Govenor Spitzer Of NY said that no one has put a bill on his desk yet. He was against it when he ran for office but he says now that "if he can be shown a proper way to distribute it he would sign it." I think he was talking about seeds because they said it's illegal to get them in the U.S. If it does pass, he said you would be allowed 2.5 ounces for personal consumption and you could grow 12 plants. You should have his answer by the end of the week because the Legislature goes on recess at the end of this week and there trying to get an answer either way before the recess.

Now if PA could just pass a bill like this. Congrats to all you NYers....

I would have a heart attack if this actually happens. I mean its like dream come true. But i hate to be a pessimist, i just cant see it really happening. But im hoping it just finally clicks that its just like when alcohol was illegal. You cant control the masses. And Spitzer and anyone who can for that matter changes things for the better. Stop jailing innocent people. Legalize.
