I'm in Co Springs and found the forms to fill out for my card. I also got in touch with THCF and am getting my medical records together to fax them & then I will get an appointment. I was filling my portion of the forms out and it wants me to list my care provider (the place or person I get my green stuff from) but I don't know of anyone to put. Any suggestions on where to find a care giver with reasonable prices? I've read where ppl will designate a caregiver and then the care giver will jack up the price and the person is screwed b/c they would have to go through the trouble of finding a new caregiver and they have to fill out pp work with the state to change caregivers....Anyone here been thru the Co.MM system?

Hate for this to sound like an add, but
I live in "The Springs"and have been a caregiver for about 5 years now. I would love to meet and talk to you about caregiving for you. If we don't fit, I probably know of another caregiver that would. I only hang with good people.

I used to run a support group for many years and now have moved to individual consulting
for peoples privacy.
