anyone know the exact laws for michigan I am trying to get perscribed to combat the abuse of oxycottin and methadone...has anyone ever heard of someone using cannabis for this purpose? i also have extreme anxiaty and panic attacks recently from having wolfe parkinsons white disease and having heart surgery to fight the conditionany info would be great michigan just became the 13th state and the laws are hazy and clarity would be amazing

Well I can say by experience I used to marijuana to battle extreme Opiate withdraws from Oxycontin and I can say that it helped me cope with everything without weed all I could think about was dying and extreme pain but marijuana solved my issues and still keeps me away from opiates

I'm glad to hear youv'e won the battle I'm doing the same thing right now but for methadone it sure does help alot I'm just wondering if they would acually perscribe medical cannabis to combat opiates just as they would methadone for cottin or heroin...that would be amazing

Not to judge in anyway but being a former Oxy abuser (50-80mg a day for 2 years) I know people who went on Methadone/Suboxone treatment I used weed to help with my Opiate WD's and it worked wonders havent touched the shit since but like I said I know addicts that get Methadone/Suboxone and act like it's helping but as soon as they lose the supply they fucking freak Just cause it helps doesnt mean it Realy helps it still continues your opiate abuse.

To realy quit I'd go cold turkey and just smoke weed.

If I could do it anybody can cause my will is total shit but I stay away from any drugs(cept weed).
