Well they are finally figuring out that those federal raids are sapping out funds that can be allocated elsewhere. Another good move in motion is a state assemblyman from san Francisco is introducing a bill to legalize marijuana in hopes of generating more tax revenue so it can help California economically.

You guys should really be excited about this. For the first time in history since it's prohibition, there are people int he states who smoke pot and truely do not fear the law.

If that spreads everywhere, it is a thin line to legalization.
